As Chief of Staff, you will report to and work closely with the CEO. Your main responsibility will be to ensure alignment of the whole company and to manage important strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
OKRs: You will own OKRs and serve as the ambassador of OKRs within the company, to ensure perfect internal alignment.
Operations: You will participate in increasing the effectiveness of our internal processess accross multiple dimensions (HR, Finance, Administrative operations).
Communications: You will prepare the agenda and materials of the company’s monthly reviews.
Governance: You will prepare the agenda, materials and minutes and ensure follow-up for board meetings.
Market research & strategy: You will participate in exploring new ventures such as strategic partnerships, new business lines, M&A, etc.
Fundraising: You will take part in the preparation and execution of our fundraising processes.
Experience: You have 2+ years experience in a strategy consulting firm and / or in a highly cross-functional role in a start-up.
Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data.
Problem solver: You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.
Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.
Autonomy: You are fully autonomous and able to manage complex projects from A to Z.
Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.
Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have talent for spotting flaws when there are.
Tech fluency: You are comfortable in a technical environment. You are always curious to understand how things work. Bonus if you have data analysis technical skills.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
Languages: You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Education: You graduated from a top-tier engineering or business school (or equivalent).
